Refund Policy

1. Purchases through Paddle

Our digital products, such as the Costing Kit, are sold through our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for these orders and handles payment, invoicing and refunds.

2. 14-day working guarantee

If a product cannot be opened or used as described in one of the spreadsheet programs listed in our terms, or if it contains an error, please contact business@bauchfood.com within 14 days of purchase, quoting your order number. If we cannot resolve the problem within 7 days, we will refund the full purchase price.

3. Statutory rights

Your statutory rights, in particular the consumer right of withdrawal described in our withdrawal information and statutory rights in case of defects, remain unaffected. For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires early if you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery.

4. How refunds are made

Refunds are made through Paddle to the original payment method, usually within 14 days of confirmation. You can also request a refund directly via the link in your Paddle purchase confirmation or at paddle.net. For orders placed directly with us by email, we refund by bank transfer.
